حذف حسابك في نسكن
هذه الصفحة خاصة بتطبيق نسكن لعرض أماكن الإقامة في عُمان والإمارات والسعودية. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو بطلب من خارجه.
1. من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح تطبيق نسكن وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- اذهب إلى «حسابي» ثم اضغط «حذف الحساب».
- أكّد هويتك (كلمة المرور أو حساب Google أو Apple الذي تدخل به).
- اختر «أفهم أن حذف حسابي نهائي» ثم اضغط «حذف حسابي».
يبدأ الحذف فورًا ويُستكمل تلقائيًا على خوادمنا.
2. من خارج التطبيق
يمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف دون فتح التطبيق أو إعادة تثبيته، بإحدى الطريقتين:
- البريد الإلكتروني: hagaznalak@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب نسكن»، من البريد المسجّل في حسابك.
- محادثة الدعم داخل التطبيق إن كان متاحًا لك: «حسابي» ثم «تواصل معنا».
نتحقق أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الحساب، ثم نحذف الحساب بنفس إجراء الحذف داخل التطبيق خلال 30 يومًا، ونبلغك عند التنفيذ.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الحساب وبيانات الدخول، والملف الشخصي وصورته.
- المفضلة، وعمليات البحث المحفوظة وتنبيهاتها، والإشعارات، والأجهزة المسجلة للإشعارات.
- محادثة الدعم وصورها، وعدّاد طلبات حساب المسافة، وملاحظات فريق نسكن عن حسابك.
- إن كنت تدخل بحساب Apple: نلغي ربط نسكن بحسابك لدى Apple.
لأصحاب الأماكن أيضًا
- يُحذف ملف النشاط ومستند إثبات الملكية، والمسودات والأماكن غير المنشورة مع صورها، ومستندات المطالبة بالملكية، وتنتهي العروض.
- يُخفى كل مكان منشور مع صوره ويصبح قابلًا للمطالبة من مالكه الحقيقي، وتُلغى الطلبات المعلّقة.
ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا
- تقييماتك: تبقى نجومها ووسومها ونصها وردود أصحاب الأماكن عليها حتى لا تتغير تقييمات الأماكن، لكن دون اسمك؛ وتظهر باسم «مستخدم محذوف». تبقى دون مدة محددة.
- بلاغاتك وسجل طلباتك: تبقى دون اسمك أو بيانات تواصلك أو مرفقاتك، لأغراض الإشراف على المحتوى، دون مدة محددة.
- سجل داخلي بحذف الحساب وسجل إجراءات الإدارة: يحفظ كل منهما معرّفًا داخليًا فقط، دون الاسم أو البريد أو الهاتف، لضمان اكتمال الحذف ومتابعة أعمال الإدارة، دون مدة محددة.
- التحليلات (Firebase Analytics): لا تتضمن اسمك أو بريدك أو هاتفك ولا ترتبط بمعرّف حسابك، وتُحفظ على مستوى تثبيت التطبيق مدة لا تزيد على 14 شهرًا ثم تبقى في تقارير مجمّعة لا تحدد هوية أحد.
- تقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics): تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا.
- أنظمة Google: تحذف Google البيانات المحذوفة من أنظمتها الفعلية والاحتياطية خلال مدة أقصاها 180 يومًا، وتبقى الملفات المحذوفة من التخزين قابلة للاسترجاع 7 أيام، وتُحذف سجلات تشغيل الخوادم بعد 30 يومًا.
الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب، ويمكنك لاحقًا إنشاء حساب جديد بالبريد نفسه.
تصفّح الأماكن ممكن دون حساب، ولا يُحفظ للزائر اسم أو بريد أو هاتف؛ ويزيل حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته معرّف الزائر من جهازك.

Deleting your Naskun account
This page is for the Naskun app, which lists places to stay in Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by request.
1. In the app (fastest)
- Open Naskun and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm it's you (your password, or the Google or Apple account you sign in with).
- Check I understand that deleting my account is permanent, then tap Delete my account.
Deletion starts at once and is completed automatically on our servers.
2. Without the app
You can also request deletion without opening or reinstalling the app, in one of these ways:
- Email hagaznalak@gmail.com with the subject "Naskun account deletion request", from the email address of your account.
- The in-app support chat, if you can use the app: Account → Contact us.
We check that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account with the same process as in the app within 30 days, and let you know when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details, your profile and its photo.
- Favorites, saved searches and their alerts, notifications, and the devices registered for notifications.
- Your support conversation and its images, your distance-request counter, and the Naskun team's notes about your account.
- If you sign in with Apple, Naskun's link to your Apple account is revoked.
Also for place owners
- Your business profile and ownership proof, your drafts and unpublished places with their photos, and your claim documents are deleted, and your offers end.
- Your published places are hidden with their photos and can be claimed by their real owner; your pending requests are cancelled.
What is kept, and why
- Your reviews: their stars, tags, text and owners' replies stay, so places' ratings don't change, but without your name — they show as "Deleted user". Kept with no set period.
- Your reports and request history: kept without your name, contact details or attachments, for content moderation, with no set period.
- An internal deletion record and the admin audit log: each keeps an internal ID only — no name, email or phone — to make sure the deletion completes and to track admin actions, with no set period.
- Analytics (Firebase Analytics): no name, email or phone and not linked to your account ID; kept at the app-installation level for no more than 14 months, then only in aggregated reports that identify no one.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Google's systems: Google removes deleted data from its live and backup systems within a maximum of 180 days; files deleted from storage stay recoverable for 7 days; server operation logs are deleted after 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and the account can't be restored. You can create a new account with the same email later.
Browsing places needs no account, and no name, email or phone is kept for guests; deleting the app or clearing its data removes the guest identifier from your device.
